I found this story on the APSE web site. I'm not a Dolphin fan. I didn't think I had any interest in Jake Scott. But Sun Sentinel reporter Dave Hyde drew me into this story. Well written, strong voice, clear structure. Punchy ending too. Here's the link: In the last state. On the last island. Down the last road.
