From Oliver Mackson: She worked in St. Pete about 10 years ago, and she worked here (the Times Herald-Record) from 1992-94. She was a good friend back then, although I haven't spoken with her since about 2002. Yesterday, searchers found her body in a shallow grave in the Philippines, where she was a Peace Corps volunteer.
