Rebecca S. Green: WARSAW – Three boys. With shy smiles, baggy T-shirts and not a hint of puberty or worry on their faces, they walked into Kosciusko County Superior Court on Thursday afternoon.



But after a lengthy hearing, two of the three, 15-year-old Colt Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gingerich, are headed to adult court – to face charges of murder in the shooting of 49-year-old Phillip Danner inside his Cromwell home last week. At the request of prosecutors, the case of the third boy, 12-year-old Chase Williams, has been separated from the other two.



"The other two guys held the guns," Chief Deputy Prosecutor Dan Hampton said.
