Here's Matt Soergel in the Florida Times-Union (thanks, John T.): Girls cheered when James Hendrick returned to lacrosse practice at Fletcher High School this week, wearing his usual grin and bearing an Oreo McFlurry for his coach.



The girls' and boys' teams gathered around him, gingerly slapping his back, giving him hugs, tousling his long blond hair, teasing, questioning.
