We're here -- after 12 hours of drive time -- at Nags Head, N.C., Kruse and I, and we're getting ready to start talking shop tomorrow with some of the great people we met tonight. The idea of this get-together, called Word, is to critique eachother's stories, and there will be more on that in the days to come. Tonight, we just caught up.
