Dialogue

a question

From Celina Ottaway: We are having a discussion here (Albany T-U)about using dialogue in narrative reconstructions. Would love to hear thoughts on standards, use, etc...

For example, if a fire chief tells you about an exchange he had with a victim, but you don't have it from the victim.

Does it matter how far back in time you are going, deadline narrative or 20 years ago reconstruction, etc...

I've got my own opinions (of course), but I'd like to hear others.
